Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Any sessions cancelled by GK Fit that are beyond our control (eg. adverse weather conditions, issues with the venue, participant illness/injury) will not be refunded. For any sessions cancelled by GK Fit Ltd that are within our control (eg. coach illness), credit will be given. For classes using outside venues: GK Fit will cancel if the courts are unsafe (wet or icy), or the weather is poor (heavy rain/snow or temperature 'feels like' below zero). Participants will be notified by email if a class is cancelled. Cancellations and credits are at the discretion of GK Fit Ltd. Refunds: Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of booking. Refunds after 14 days are at the discretion of GK Fit Ltd. Privacy: All information on completed booking forms will be held securely and will only be shared with others who need this information in order to meet the specific needs of the child.
